Presence Matters

APS is built on a simple principle: business is earned in rooms and trust is developed through presence. We don’t hide behind automation when it comes to relationships. Your team talks to people who know your business.

What Happens Next

After you submit a demo request, a member of our team will reach out within one business day to schedule a 30-minute walkthrough. We’ll tailor the demo to your organization type, dispute volume, and the outcomes that matter most to you.

After you send a message, you’ll hear back from a real person on our team — not a bot, not a support queue. We route your message to the person best positioned to help, and they respond directly.

APS has been a trusted partner to regulated financial institutions for more than 2011. We take every conversation seriously.

Common Questions

What prospects typically ask before scheduling a demo or starting a conversation.

What does a demo cover?

We walk through your specific dispute environment — the regulations you manage, the case types you process, the teams involved — and show how Dispute Advantage handles that work. Demos are tailored, not scripted. You’ll see the modules that matter to your operations, not a generic product tour.

Do I need to change processors to use APS Advantage?

No. APS Advantage integrates with your existing processors, card networks, and core systems through Connect. The platform works within your infrastructure — it doesn’t replace it.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timelines depend on your integration requirements and configuration complexity. APS follows a structured onboarding process — intake configuration, workflow setup, integration mapping, and validation — and works directly with your team through every phase. Most implementations are measured in weeks, not months.

Is CIP or Watchlist required to use Dispute Advantage?

No. Dispute Advantage operates as a standalone solution. ID Advantage (CIP) and Watchlist Advantage are available as add-on modules that strengthen onboarding and ongoing cardholder integrity. Many clients start with disputes and add CIP or Watchlist as their compliance needs evolve.

Can APS process disputes for us instead of licensing the platform?

Yes. APS offers Dispute-as-a-Service (DaaS), where trained APS specialists process disputes end-to-end on your behalf using the same APS Advantage platform. You retain full visibility and reporting. Many institutions use DaaS to scale quickly or supplement internal teams during volume spikes.
