Dave Campbell
Chief Executive Officer
Business is earned in rooms and trust is developed through presence.
Dave Campbell has spent more than 30 years in financial services, working alongside his family to build companies that help institutions operate securely and serve their customers well. He founded APS on the belief that everyone deserves access to legitimate financial services—whether through a community bank or a fintech program—and that the systems protecting those services need to be as reliable as the institutions themselves.
Dave leads APS with the same approach that's defined the company since day one: understand the client's reality, build technology that holds up under scrutiny, and stay present through every phase of the relationship.

Brian Ludemann
Chief Technology Officer
Compliance technology must be intuitive and operationally sound—not just technically advanced.
Brian Ludemann brings more than 30 years of professional experience as a software developer and architect to his role leading APS technology. He founded several software consulting businesses, including the team that became the technology division of APS.
Brian's approach to product development is grounded in a core conviction: that compliance technology must be intuitive and operationally sound—not just technically advanced. Under his leadership, APS Advantage is built to handle the complexity of regulated dispute operations without passing that complexity on to the people using it every day.
